1. Scope of Services

CoreMove Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center provides physical therapy, manual adjustments, dry needling, sports injury rehabilitation, and related clinical services under the guidance of Dr. Simran Tripathi, PT. The services are offered on-site at our clinic, or via pre-arranged home visits when applicable.

2. Clinical & Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on this website—including articles, conditions lists, treatments descriptions, and FAQ replies—is for educational and promotional purposes only. It is **not** a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always consult Dr. Simran or another qualified healthcare provider to receive a formal assessment of your physical condition.

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Schedule Coordination

Appointments are coordinated directly via WhatsApp or phone. We request that you adhere to the following scheduling guidelines:

Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a complete, unhurried session.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance so we can allocate the slot to other patients in need.

4. Patient Responsibility & History Disclosure

For your safety, you must disclose a complete and accurate health history to Dr. Simran before starting manual therapy or dry needling. This includes details of recent surgeries, fractures, metallic implants, pacemakers, heart conditions, blood thinning medications, or pregnancy. CoreMove is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we apply evidence-based clinical protocols, results of physical therapy vary by individual. CoreMove Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center and its staff will not be liable for any direct or indirect injury or discomfort experienced during or after exercise programs, except in cases of proven clinical negligence.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to clinical services or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
